Child Development Day Wednesday, March 14th, 2018 Time: To Be Determined Boyd Early Learning Center 303 E. Park St, Boyd, WI Featuring: 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 year-old Screening, 4K Registration, and Head Start/Early Head Start Registration 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 year-old Screening: If your child has a birthday between Sept. 1st, 2014 and Sept. 1st, 2015, make an appointment to have your child screened by professional educators. Please remember, you must have an appointment for your child to be screened. To set up an appointment for a screening, please call Lynn Bauer at (715) 644-5810 ext. 110. 4K/Head Start Registration: If your child has a birthday between Sept. 1st, 2013 and Sept. 1st, 2014, register your child for 4K. There is no appointment necessary to come in and fill out the registration materials. Please bring in the following information: Birth Certificate, Current Immunization records, and 3 Alternate Emergency Contacts. The Stanley-Boyd Area School District is committed to providing a variety of services, programs, and resources to meet the unique needs of all young children and their families. Child Development Day will feature a variety of local vendors to provide information and to answer any questions pertaining to your child's development.
